NOOLEZHAI founded by Mr.K.Balasubramaniam in 2010 is one of the leading flat knit fabric manufacturers at Tirupur. With very modest beginnings in the manufacture of export of finest quality flat knit fabrics through ZENITH COLLAR since 2000, we nurtured the organization into valued-added produce of ready made garments.
Since the inception in 2000 at Tirupur, it is never ending quest for excellence that drives the will to create the best quality knitwears and sweater garments and fabrics that are sought after by global and domestic brands.
During the year 2010, we established our knitwear manufacturing factory in Tirupur to cater to the demands of customers around the world and our thrust to produce the quality garments.

We started to produce the quality garments not only for our global customers and also the reputed brands in India.
Solution
The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Tirupur is one of the fine factory to produce flat knits, all under single roof with a total production capacity of 2,00,000 sweaters per annum. We assist customers to source new fabrics and products and ensure timely delivery and quality products sourced and manufactured through our factory.

From, Fit and Finish
We have the capacity to manufacture sweaters in cotton, wool, viscose, modal, Angora, Acrylic, Organic Merino Wool, wool silk and all kinds of blended yarn. We can also manufacture accessories such as caps, shawls, scarves, gloves and throws.
The Superfluities That Delight
During the multifarious production process, the garment is tested through all the quality checks to meet the requirements of the buyers.
The colorful prints and embroidery that add to the intricate beauty of any garment is facilitated by exclusive Printing and Embroidery Machines that work in unison for a perfect design outcome.
The fabrics used by us are Sweater Jersey, Jacquard Knit and Intersia Knit to name a few. We also manufacture cold pigment dyed and reactive over dyed garments. We can customize prints using Plastisol, Pigment, Foil, Glitter, Gel, Flock, Spray, High Density and Discharge using automated printing machines which leave an enduring impression on the garments’ feel and look.

The Journey of Knitted Fabric
The finest quality of yarn is outsourced and knitted using best flat knitting machines like STOLL, Germany and SHIMA SEIKI – APEX 3D, Japan. The fabric is knitted with superior quality yarn after checking all the quality parameters and then processed at the best yarn dyeing units to ensure quality fabric for production. The processed yarn is inspected by trained workforce and after all quality checks, is passed on to production.
Right from Merchandising by a qualified team to Sampling by experienced Pattern Masters, we are dedicated to meet the expectations of the client in terms of quality and timely deliverence.
A special highlight is the new Design Software area. With the M1plus@ WE have continued developing our established pattern software and offer you even more flexibility with even more influencing options for the programmer. And the options for linking with the software packages of ENEAS Informatica srl offer you a high degree of freedom regarding design, fabric simulation and presentation.
