We have exclusive Printing and Embroidery Machines that work in unison to add the colorful prints and embroidery that add to the intricate beauty of any garment.
We use the finest quality yarn that is outsourced and knitted using the best flat knitting machines like STOLL from Germany and SHIMA SEIKI – APEX 3D from Japan.
The fabric is knitted with superior quality yarn after checking all the quality parameters and then processed at the best yarn dyeing units. The processed yarn is inspected by trained personnel and only after all quality checks, is it passed on to production.
Our process starts from Merchandising by a qualified team to Sampling by experienced Pattern Masters. We are dedicated to meet the client’s expectations in terms of quality and timely delivery.
We use the M1plus@ software for design and have continued developing our established pattern software. This offers more flexibility and options for the programmer.
We have the capacity to manufacture sweaters in cotton, wool, viscose, modal, Angora, Acrylic, Organic Merino Wool, wool silk, and all kinds of blended yarn. We can also manufacture accessories such as caps, shawls, scarves, gloves, and throws.
We use Sweater Jersey, Jacquard Knit, and Intersia Knit to name a few. We also manufacture cold pigment dyed and reactive over dyed garments.
We can customize prints using Plastisol, Pigment, Foil, Glitter, Gel, Flock, Spray, High Density and Discharge using automated printing machines which leave an enduring impression on the garments’ feel and look.
